The Role

Step into a full-time role at our Biggera Waters store where you will:

  • Lead the trade team to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets
  • Lead by example to foster a customer-obsessed culture and deliver meaningful store experiences that reflects the highest industry standards
  • Drive performance across key business metrics and grow the Trade+ customer base
  • Oversee efficient, safe operations across sales, warehouse, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance in merchandising, banking, POS, credit, transport, and warehousing
  • Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

About You

  • Motivated, results-driven, and passionate to achieve results
  • Quick to adapt, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A confident communicator who builds trust and delivers great customer experiences
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, safety-first mindset
  • Physically capable of handling heavy items (in excess of 25kg)
  • Hold a forklift licence or willing to obtain one
  • Available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster
