About the role:

We have an opportunity for a Casual Automotive Parts Specialists to join our experienced team in Kawana Waters. The role involves selling automotive parts and accessories by phone and in person, while consistently delivering outstanding customer service.

We seek a dedicated candidate with relevant experience, a passion for automotive parts, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a quick aptitude for learning new systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Process phone, online, and in-store sales with excellent customer service.
• Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Follow WHS policies and work flexible hours, including weekends and alternate sites.

Duties

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts.
• Use databases/catalogues to locate and order parts.
• Process credits, warranties, invoicing, and payments accurately.
• Pack, dispatch, and assist with part repairs.
• Maintain showroom merchandising and pricing.
• Coordinate with admin on transactions.
• Perform warehouse tasks, including stock management and deliveries.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

• Mechanical or automotive parts experience
• Must have euro parts knowledge
• Passionate about auto parts with a strong customer service focus
• Skilled at simplifying technical issues for customers
• Clear and effective phone communication skills
• Well-presented and professional
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively
