We're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Workplace Specialist (Loading Dock and Mailroom Services) to join our team at a corporate campus in Macquarie Park.
What You'll Be Doing
As the friendly face of our corporate campus, you'll provide an exceptional first impression and ensure a seamless experience for tenants, visitors, contractors, and retailers. We are looking for a customer experience champion who can help us deliver unscripted, personalised service in a casual corporate environment –
Loading Dock Services:
- Ability to work shifts from Monday – Friday, between 05:30-18:00.
- Receive, record, distribute, and store daily deliveries to the campus.
- Follow safe manual handling practices, and understand how to handle general packets, boxes, and pallets with correct handling techniques.
- Forklift experience – valid Forklift vehicle license preferred, but training can be provided as forklifts are used approximately 10% of the day as required for ad-hoc purposes.
Mailroom Services - Manage mail and deliveries, assist with general inquiries, and provide hands-on support to enhance the guest experience.
Tenant Engagement - Be visible and approachable, fostering a welcoming and community-driven atmosphere across the campus.
This active role involves time on your feet, engaging with people, and ensuring that every contractor, visitor, and employee enjoys a five-star experience.

What you'll bring to the role:
You should have previous experience in a workplace support services capacity within an office, hotel, or hospitality environment. Your natural talent for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, building genuine rapport, and nurturing relationships will be invaluable. Your motivation will stem from establishing authentic connections, paying meticulous attention to detail, adeptly following processes, and dedicating yourself to closing the loop.
- At least two years of experience in a workplace support services capacity, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
- Strongly embodies a customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to employees' needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach, always maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset in addressing challenges.
