We are currently seeking two outstanding individuals to join our Property Management team

We have 2 positions available for the right candidate.

Position 1: Full-Time Property Manager with end-end portfolio management.

Position 2: Flexible Hours for an Inspection Manager to carry our Routine Inspections, Entry Condition Reports and Exit Condition Reports. Flexible working hours/days available for this position. Suitable for candidates requiring flexible hours and days or weekend work, due to other commitments such as children and hobbies.

Do you have?

Current Certificate of Registration in Qld.

Current Drivers licence and have a good driving record.

High standard of presentation and Excellent Communication Skills.

Excellent Time Management and Common Sense.

Able to build successful relationships.

Have a strong work ethic.

Customer service focused.

Be organised and to be able to work to a deadline.

Have a positive and can-do attitude.

A mature approach and be highly organised.

Be a proactive member of the team and possess a high level of self-motivation and attention to detail.

About us and the role

We are a well-established office that provides a premium service to each of our clients and we are looking for someone to continue this level of service.

The position requires the right person to apply their passion for property management on a daily basis.

Our office is open 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday so the position does not require weekend work or after-hours call outs, so weekends are your own.
