The Stone Shop Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the stone production department.

This role involves leading, managing, and developing the stone production team, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement across processes. While primarily a leadership role, the Team Leader is also expected to step in and support production tasks when required to maintain flow and output.

The Stone Shop Team Leader plays a critical role in delivering operational excellence, ensuring quality, and meeting production targets while fostering a safe and accountable team culture.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in stone shop operations or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Technical knowledge of stone processing equipment and fabrication processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in stone fabrication or similar industry preferred
