What You'll Be Doing:

  • Team Leader – Run your own squad of 5 and build your leadership experience.
  • Executive Manager – Oversee a team of 10 and develop backend management skills.
  • Campaign Manager – Own a campaign, lead a team, and prove you've got what it takes to drive results.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Full-time and full working rights in Australia (no student or part-time visas)
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
  • A drive to succeed and the resilience to push through challenges
  • Professional level of English
