This innovative global biopharmaceutical company is expanding rapidly and launching new therapies into the Australian market, creating exciting opportunities for growth and development across their teams.

As part of this evolution, they're looking for a digitally minded marketer to join their team as an Omnichannel Stakeholder Experience Associate - a newly created role designed to enhance how they connect with healthcare professionals and patients through seamless, impactful digital engagement.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting two specialty therapy areas, helping design and deliver omnichannel campaigns, manage digital platforms, and ensure smooth collaboration across marketing, medical, and field teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Translating brand strategies into engaging omnichannel initiatives across CRM, email, webinars, and digital platforms
  • Partnering with marketing, medical, and sales teams to deliver integrated customer experiences
  • Analysing data to measure impact and continuously improve campaign performance
  • Managing projects end-to-end — from agency briefing to post-launch optimisation
  • Collaborating with compliance and medical teams to ensure excellence in delivery

You will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or a related field
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing is a pre requisite, ideally with exposure to digital or omnichannel initiatives
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, campaign management, and digital engagement
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a global environment
