About you

With a robust technical foundation and previous experience providing detailed subject matter expertise to leadership at all levels you'll be looking to further apply your leadership and change management experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.

This role will best suit you if you have a strong internal drive to succeed, develop your own knowledge base and problem solve evidenced by a track record of resilience and performance. Importantly as we are a values-based organisation your success will be coupled with the ability to genuinely engage others and coach your team's empowerment, culture and capability.

Your key experience will include:

• Tertiary Degree in Accounting or equivalent along with full CA or CPA membership
• Extensive experience within the Australian finance environment
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading and developing a diverse team, coaching for performance and driving an engaged collaborative culture
• Experience in the preparation of statutory accounts, leading audit process (internal/external), End of Month, treasury, TAX requirements
• Extensive reporting, analysis and forecasting meeting governance and operational requirements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills
• A love and passion of continuous improvements across practice, systems and process including change management
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent and competing priorities effectively, while maintaining best practice and client service standards
• Driver's Licence (optional)
• Satisfactory National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months)
