Job Details

The ACIC is seeking multiple 
Senior Project Officers
 to provide diverse administrative and ICT project support for inflight and upcoming programs across the agency, particularly in 
Intelligence Operations, Intelligence and Information Systems, National Police Checking Service, and Corporate and Enabling Services
.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 5 years Project Officer experience, preferably in Federal Government agencies
  • Administer and coordinate project schedules, budgets, reporting, artefacts, issue resolution
  • Act as stakeholder liaison, demonstrating strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Manage project changes in line with established processes and standards
  • Adapt and deliver under multiple methodologies (Prince2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid)
  • Manage concurrent projects and priorities
  • Apply knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules and Federal Government procurement
  • Provide Secretariat support for Working Groups and Steering Committees
  • Perform additional duties as directed by Project Manager or Enterprise Portfolio Management Office
  • Experience in Intelligence project delivery is beneficial
