The Project Support Officer will work within the CASG Land 4140 Project Team, Russell Offices (ACT). You will undertake a range of duties to support project objectives. Defence experience will be highly regarded.
The Land 4140 Project Support Officer is responsible for:
- Supporting the Project Executive.
- Contributing to project reporting processes.
- Preparing project correspondence, briefs, and reports.
- Supporting preparation and maintenance of project documentation as required.
- Maintaining data and information contained within the Objective File Management System.
- Organising, participating in, and recording outcomes of project meetings.
- Managing project correspondence.
- Maintaining project documentation where required.
- Working collaboratively, developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Participating in courses, training and workshops as necessary.
- Additional project tasking as designated by the Project Director, Deputy Project Director and Project Manager.
This position reports to the Project Manager.
The following requirements are essential:
- Have an Australian Government security clearance of at least NV1.
- Must work from Russell Offices, Canberra.
- If a Dual Citizen, must be prepared to undergo additional vetting.
The following requirements are desirable:
- Recognised project management professional qualification and an understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
