Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in warehouse operations and stock management? Hose Mate (WA) Pty Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic JUNIOR WORKSHOP HOSE TECHNICIAN to join our dynamic team

Position Overview

As a Workshop Hose Technician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day to day operations at Hose Mate to ensure seamless operations within our warehouse. You will be responsible for the assembly and construction of Hose's and Hose Kits. This is a hands on role, requiring problem solving and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly and crimping of hydraulic hose assemblies
  • Removal and replacement of hoses on plant and equipment
  • Physically replenishing the Hose Mate inventory.
  • Picking and packing stock to fulfill customer orders efficiently.

Client Services and Collaboration:

  • Assisting in the servicing of clients to ensure a positive and seamless experience.

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
  • Represent Hose Mate (WA) Pty Ltd respectfully and professionally in all interactions.
  • Respectfully represent Hose Mate (WA) Pty Ltd in your role.
  • Any other tasks as required.

You will directly report to the Senior Hose Technician and Stock Control Manager, who will provide guidance and oversight to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for someone with:

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and clientele.
  • Previous Hydraulics and Industry experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Forklift license preferred but not essential - we can pay for this for you
