  1. Commercial Litigation
  2. Commercial Advisory
  3. Conveyancing and Property Transactions

Our small, collaborative team offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to files and clients, working closely with experienced lawyers in a fast-paced but friendly environment.

About the Role

As a Paralegal or Law Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the legal and administrative functions of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

Legal Support:

  1. Assisting with legal research, drafting court documents, and preparing correspondence
  2. Supporting solicitors with file management and litigation preparation
  3. Preparing and lodging court documents
  4. Attending court filings, settlements, and client meetings as required
  5. Assisting with document review
  6. Supporting conveyancing transactions from start to finish

Administrative & Office Support:

  1. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  2. Organising and maintaining physical and electronic files
  3. Diary management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  4. Preparing and sending invoices, liaising with accounts as required
  5. General office tasks such as scanning, printing, and document collation
  6. Providing reception support and liaising with clients in a professional manner

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  1. A recent law graduate or currently completing their PLT.
  2. We are also open to students in their penultimate year of university to commence as a paralegal.
  3. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  4. A clear communicator with a professional and friendly manner
  5. Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  6. Interested in gaining experience across commercial litigation, advisory, and property law
