**LAW CLERK - VOLUNTEER POSITION**

With over 30 years of experience in all areas of law and across all jurisdictions in Australia, we've put together a team of law practitioners with experience in providing the everyday essentials of law, through to representing clients in the Supreme Court of Australia, High Court of Australia and District Court. Marocchi Law has offices across Australia and continues to grow rapidly.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an law clerk/paralegal to join our Sydney office. The role will see you work across motor vehicle accidents, institutional abuse claims and workers compensation matters.

You will be working directly with our experienced lawyers on the day-to-day conduct of matters as well as assisting with various administrative tasks.

**About You**:
** ** We are seeking a motivated Student who is at least in their third year of studies.
- We are looking for a down to earth individual that is diligent and professional with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously within a team structure.
