Client

Our client is a Perth-based digital marketing consultancy. Over the span of more than a decade, they have garnered numerous awards for their outstanding service to clients across Australia. Alongside awards, this agency has helped to grow numerous businesses from ground zero, to 9-figure acquisitions.

Scope

As Lead Paid Search Consultant, you will serve as the go-to expert across all technical aspects of Google Ads, embracing problem-solving, leading troubleshooting, mentoring the team, and upholding top-tier campaign quality. You will also plan and execute high-level Paid Search campaigns, performing analysis, developing strategy, aligning with client goals, adapting to change, and integrating with full-service digital strategies. It's a 360 role which will see you also leading client relationships, run strategy sessions, resolve issues, and drive growth by delivering value beyond metrics, earning trust, referrals, and retention.

Successful Applicants

  • Preferably a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management, alongside relevant tertiary qualifications
  • High energy, self-sufficient person with a desire to learn & grow
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of switching priorities as and when necessary.
  • Whilst this role isn't a client-facing role, the capability to do efficiently communicate with & answer client questions is desired.

Technical Experience

  • Tools – including Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
  • CMS – WordPress, Shopify, and other popular CMS, as well as the ability to recommend Paid Search strategies that consider broader UX considerations.
  • Data – advanced analysis, reporting, and data visualisation capabilities, enabling you to make executive-level decisions and recommendations.
