About the Role

ACRWORLD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and delivery of large-scale wind farm projects across Australia. Based in Melbourne, you'll manage the project from a head office and site interface perspective — coordinating teams, managing clients, and ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality outcomes. Occasional travel to site will be required to support delivery and stakeholder engagement.

This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for extension across a growing pipeline of renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of wind farm construction from planning to commissioning
  • Oversee project delivery, budgets, and schedules to meet performance targets
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities across multidisciplinary teams
  • Support and monitor site teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards
  • Prepare project reporting, forecasts, and updates for internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Proven Project Management experience in wind, renewable, or large infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understanding of civil, electrical, and mechanical scopes in wind farm construction
  • Solid knowledge of safety and compliance standards
  • Based in Melbourne with flexibility to travel to site when required
