Facility Manager/Care Manager | 2-3 Month Contracts

Excellent FM/CM contract opportunities available for an experienced and flexible aged care leaders to oversee aged care facilities based in Regional NSW.

Supporting multiple dynamic health & aged care organisations, you will enjoy support from teams and help facilities where they really need support. We are interested in speaking with a genuine Aged Care Leaders interested in redefining & spearheading a new era of aged care residence. Effectively, efficiently and ethically manage a residential aged care facility, including staff, resources, and the day-to-day operations by leading, guiding, and supporting a team which provides high quality, resident focused care.

The Benefits:

  • Fantastic hourly rates $80-90 per hour plus penalties
  • Find routine in working in the same residential homes on a regular basis
  • Dynamic health & aged care providers
  • Ability to have breaks in-between contracts

Our Requirements:

  • Experience in a previous Facility or Care Manager roles within a aged care facility
  • AHPRA registration
  • Knowledge of accreditation and the aged care standards
  • Experience leading large teams
  • Ability to provide on-going staff education
  • Flexible to work away from home and on a rota
