Having entered a bold new phase of growth across both retail and digital, we're now looking for our next team member to elevate our customer journey and loyalty strategy to the next level.

The role:

We're looking for a
Marketing Manager
who's ready to step up and take the reins across communications, PR, eCommerce, trade marketing, customer service, and logistics — driving efficiency, creativity, and growth across the business.

This role reports directly to the
Head of Marketing and the CEO
. It's built for someone who's been in the thick of eCommerce, digital, and brand marketing, knows how to build systems that scale, and wants to play a key leadership role in a growing, entrepreneurial business.

You'll manage a team of five, champion cross-functional collaboration, and act as the bridge between creative storytelling and commercial execution. You'll be a natural problem-solver — unblocking bottlenecks, optimising workflows, and turning strategy into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the
    right hand to the Head of Marketing
    , contributing to strategy, systems, and scalable growth initiatives
  • Lead and develop
    a cross-functional marketing and operations team (5 direct reports)
  • Own and evolve the omnichannel marketing calendar, aligning brand storytelling with commercial priorities
  • Oversee campaign planning and execution across digital, retail, and brand activations
  • eCommerce:
    Own site performance, UX, conversion, SEO, and retention strategies to drive growth
  • Communications & PR:
    Lead brand storytelling, content, influencer collaborations, and media engagement
  • Brand Management:
    Manage a portfolio of brands, activating them across channels to deliver revenue growth
  • Trade Marketing:
    Oversee brand activations and retail marketing initiatives across key touchpoints
  • Customer Service:
    Ensure seamless customer experiences and service excellence across all channels
  • Logistics Coordination:
    Partner with operations to optimise fulfilment, stock flow, and delivery experience
  • Reporting & Insights:
    Track performance metrics across all channels, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation

Required Experience:

  • 5–7 years' experience in marketing, ideally within beauty, luxury retail, or lifestyle
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team
  • Strong understanding of digital, retail, and brand marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent project management skills: able to juggle priorities and deadlines without compromising quality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, commercially savvy, and not afraid to test and learn
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a knack for turning strategy into action
