QIC is inviting expressions of interest for our 2026 Early Careers Program, designed for students who want to gain real-world experience, contribute to meaningful work, and grow in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Who are QIC?

We are QIC (Queensland Investment Corporation), a global investment manager headquartered in Brisbane, Australia, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, New York, San Francisco, London, Singapore, and Copenhagen.

We invest in infrastructure, real estate, private capital, and more—mainly for government and institutional clients. 

Known for long-term, stable investment strategies, we offer opportunities to work on meaningful projects around the world. We're also committed to giving back to the community through social impact and sustainability initiatives.

2026 Opportunities 

Work alongside experts in teams such as Investments, Legal, Strategy, Corporate Affairs, Real Estate, Risk Management, Finance, IT and People & Culture.

Internship Program

• Dedicated 12-week internship program, 2-3 days per week.
• Participate in workshops, mentoring, and networking events.
• Supporting professional development, including manager feedback, and tailored development plans.

Graduate Program

• Our Graduate program may follow the internship program and is open to candidates who have completed their studies.
• A full-time formalised program focused on learning, engagement, and career development.

Who We're Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in commerce, property, economics, finance, accounting, law, HR, IT, marketing/communication, mathematical science or similar. 
• Available to commit to employment while studying or on completion of study.
• Individuals who are passionate about continuous learning and personal growth.
• Creative minds who can bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.
• Collaborative individuals who thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment.
• We strongly encourage EOIs from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disability, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
