We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to oversee daily operations, customer service, and team performance at our branch. This role involves managing customer enquiries, ensuring accurate invoicing and returns, supervising warehouse and logistics operations, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Working out of our distribution centre in Townsville, QLD.

Role Overview

As the Warehouse Manager, plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of branch operations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the customer service process and respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Monitor invoicing, returns, and credits
  • Oversee staff performance, training, and compliance
  • Manage TMS clocking, leave, and payroll documentation
  • Coordinate recruitment, performance reviews, and team meetings
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery scheduling
  • Supervise freight handling, stocktakes, and asset/vehicle maintenance
  • Maintain driver license records and manage warehouse logistics
  • Support audits, incident reporting, and information confidentiality
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
  • Understanding of workplace safety, compliance, and HR procedures.
  • Knowledge of Large ERP systems
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the Automotive industry (Desired)
