We're currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Export Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our team. This is your opportunity to be part of a well-established market leader, where your work will have real impact—and where you'll be supported by a collaborative and knowledgeable team.

What You'll Do

As an Export Logistics Co-Ordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, registering, and managing airfreight and seafreight shipments

  • Communicating with shipping lines, airlines, transport companies, and depots

  • Liaising with clients and overseas agents

  • Accruing and processing invoices

  • Lodging EDNs, CRNs, PRAs, and quarantine documents

  • Tracking and ensuring cargo arrives on time

  • Managing and growing key customer relationships

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding

  • Proficiency with CargoWise

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive attitude

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills

  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced, multi-skilled environment

  • A desire for a long-term role with growth opportunities
