**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Managing the efficient allocation of courier jobs, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Overseeing the flow of imports and exports, handling a variety of freight - from small parcels to oversized shipments.
- Liaising with drivers, clients, and internal teams to coordinate logistics effectively.
- Utilizing freight management software (**Freightracker** or similar) to optimize scheduling.
- Problem-solving in real time to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Proven experience** in a courier allocation, dispatch, or logistics role.
✔ Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
✔ Confident communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
✔ Experience handling **diverse freight types** and adapting to changing conditions.
✔ Familiarity with **freight management systems** to streamline workflow.

**Desirable But Not Essential**:
➕ Tertiary qualifications in **logistics, supply chain management**, or a related field.
