The Role

As a Field Agent, you will be joining our dynamic Field Team as the face of Lululiv on the ground. You'll play a key role in delivering seamless, on-time property services, ensuring every home is presented beautifully and every inspection is carried out with care.

This is a role built for people who take pride in the details. From conducting open homes and routine condition reports to handling property entry and exit inspections, you'll help us deliver the high standard of service Lululiv is known for.

You'll enjoy autonomy in your day, supported by our easy-to-use tech, and be part of a friendly, fast-moving team that's reimagining what property management looks like.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct property inspections and open homes with an easy-to-use app
  • Ensure properties are clean, secure, and ready between tenancies
  • Work closely with the Lululiv HQ team to deliver a consistent, premium service
  • Represent our brand and values in every interaction
  • Your zone: Melbourne

  • Holds a valid driver's license
  • Adaptable, flexible and outcome driven
  • Communicates clearly and effectively to facilitate smooth interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrates strong time management skills and has a good eye for detail.
  • Thrives in an environment where you work independently and flexibly.
