Narraweena Rainbow Child Care Centre is a unique, 39-place long day care service for children aged 3–6. We're seeking a qualified, caring professional who is dedicated, reliable, and passionate about early childhood education. You'll enjoy a lovely, supportive working environment where you're valued as part of our Rainbow family.

Key Areas Of Responsibility (required):

  • Ensure compliance with the NQF, NQS, EYLF, Regulations, and Law
  • Plan and implement purposeful, play-based programs
  • Build warm, professional relationships with families and colleagues
  • Document and maintain programs, observations, and assessments
  • Comply to centre policies and procedures

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching/Diploma Of Child Care Studies
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Nominated/Certified Supervisor Certificate preferred
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) number
  • Certificate in Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
  • Experience desirable
