Love building strong customer relationships and want to grow with a supportive team?
We're on the lookout for a driven and people-focused professional to help grow our Service Sales division. You'll play a vital role in helping us become a leading provider of access solutions no pushy sales tactics, just genuine relationship building and smart problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and retain customer accounts through trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Reconnect with past customers and reignite business opportunities.
  • Actively follow up on quotes, solve problems fast, and make customers feel valued.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver great service.
  • Track activity and opportunities via CRM (you'll be supported with training if needed).

Your Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Proactive mindset – you're not afraid to pick up the phone or chase leads.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
  • Friendly, dependable, and aligned with our values.
  • CRM knowledge is a bonus, but not essential – we'll train you.
  • Value driven, culture alignment with our values is essential
