We are looking for a proactive and organised House & Land Development Coordinator to research, develop, and manage house & land packages that support our sales and marketing objectives. This role is key in strengthening relationships with developers, delivering competitive packages, and ensuring the Sales team has the tools they need to succeed.

About the Role

As a House & Land Development Coordinator, you'll be the central point for creating, promoting, and managing house & land packages. You'll work closely with developers, internal teams, and the Sales department to deliver accurate, attractive, and competitive offerings to the market.

What You'll Do

  • Research and source land opportunities through developers, agents, and land estates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with land developers to secure priority lots and marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of land estate information and associated details to support the Sales Team in providing current information to clients
  • Create competitive house & land packages tailored to different buyer segments and budgets.
  • Prepare marketing collateral for house & land packages, including brochures, website listings, portals, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote packages via campaigns, advertising, and digital platforms.
  • Liaise with Estimating, Drafting, and Product Development teams to ensure accuracy of designs, pricing, and compliance.
  • Provide up-to-date house & land availability to the Sales team for customer presentations.
  • Track package performance, including leads, conversions, and sales, and provide regular reporting.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to ensure packages remain attractive and competitive.
  • Support the Sales Manager in developing strategies to maximise house & land sales.

  • Experience in residential property, land sales, or sales support.
  • Strong relationship management skills with developers and internal teams.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to create marketing collateral and work collaboratively with Marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of housing products, pricing, and compliance requirements.
