About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Childcare Administrative Assistant to join our team at Discover and Learn Academy in Heatherbrae, NSW. This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to our growing childcare centre, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling all administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing records
  • Providing exceptional customer service to parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders
  • Assisting with the coordination of staff schedules and attendance
  • Supporting the implementation of centre policies and procedures
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies and maintaining compliance documentation
  • Performing other general office duties as required

  • Previous experience in a childcare or administrative support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and data management systems
