Display & Product Development Coordinator

Heatherbrae, New South Wales, Australia Hunter Homes Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Lead the future of residential design and display excellence.

We're looking for a creative and organised Display & Product Development Coordinator to help shape the next generation of our homes — from concept to completion. This role blends design development, display presentation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure our homes are as beautiful, functional, and market-ready as possible.

About the Role

As the Display & Product Development Coordinator, you'll play a key role in researching, developing, and delivering new home designs, facades, and inclusions. You'll also ensure our display homes are presented to the highest standard — inspiring customers and reflecting our brand at every touchpoint.

What You'll Do

  • Research trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide design decisions.
  • Develop and refine new home designs and facades in collaboration with drafting and construction teams.
  • Review plans for compliance, buildability, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage product data and updates in systems such as HubSpot, Constructive, and Constructor.
  • Coordinate with construction and marketing to deliver display homes on time and to a premium standard (cleaning, landscaping, signage).
  • Maintain display homes to ensure presentation aligns with brand quality and appeal.
  • Support marketing with photography, videography, and promotional content.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and partners.
  • Prepare documentation, training materials, and updates for internal teams.
  • Collect feedback on released products and displays to drive continuous improvement.

About You

You're a detail-driven problem solver with an eye for design and a passion for seeing projects come to life. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in residential building, product development, or design coordination.
  • Strong understanding of home design, construction processes, and market trends.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Confidence using project management or CRM systems (HubSpot, Constructor, or similar).
  • A proactive mindset and pride in presentation and brand standards.

Why Join Hunter Homes?

  • Be part of a supportive, locally based team that values innovation and collaboration
  • Work in a growing company with strong ties to the Hunter community
  • Career development opportunities in a business that invests in its people
  • Full-time role with competitive salary
