So, who are we are looking for?
Beyond extensive technical expertise and experience in structural engineering design working on built environment projects in the Australian market, this role focuses on three things, which requires different skill sets:

Business development & work winning -
this will be your main focus. You will need an established network and be hungry to expand it. You will have an appetite for getting in front of clients, a flair for influencing design outcomes and clear ability to raise our profile and help strengthen ADP's brand in the market. Strategic growth will be what gets you out of bed in the morning.

Leadership & People Management
- you are a team player, a manager who knows how to get the most from people, enjoys mentoring and raising them up. You maximise on the potential within your team, and recognise individuals' success, working together to achieve premium results for our clients.

Delivery -
we are not a large corporate, we need leaders who are willing to roll up their sleeves when the time comes. Whilst your day-to-day mindset is strategic growth and work winning, you are happy to muck in when required and help get work out the door.
