ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As the Assistant Store Manager at our Chadstone Flagship Store, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead a passionate, fashion-forward team. You'll help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and foster a positive, results-driven store culture.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations and team leadership
  • Driving a high-performance culture to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
  • Assisting with training, coaching, and developing team members
  • Ensuring visual merchandising standards reflect the Review brand at all times
  • Managing stock levels, inventory control, and store presentation
  • Opening and closing the store and handling key-holder responsibilities
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and fashion-loving team environment

ABOUT YOU

  • You're a natural leader with previous experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role
  • Passionate about fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Energetic, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Confident in coaching and motivating a team to achieve goals
  • Results-driven with a strong understanding of sales targets and KPIs
