Production Manager

About the RoleAs the Production Manager (Pastille Manufacturing), you'll lead the day-to-day operations of a production team. You'll be responsible for ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency across the board—while also helping to shape the future of the company's manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee production from raw materials to final packaging
  • Manage schedules, resources, and team performance
  • Support with maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams on new product development
  • Ensure compliance with TGA, GMP, and international standards
  • Lead training and development for production staff
  • Support audits and inspections

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in senior manufacturing roles, including team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, TGA regulations, and international quality standards
  • Hands-on leadership style with a proactive mindset
