  • Strong record of supporting SWD to access the curriculum.
  • Co-ordinate a team of teachers and teacher aides.
  • Focusing resources to support SWD across the school via a case management process via Student Service multi-disciplinary Committee.
  • Manage key curriculum and data processes eg NCCD, ICP's, etc.
  • Produce high level plans to support inclusive education goals eg Risk Assessments, Reward Systems, Adjustment planning and implementation
  • Supporting a safe school environment.
  • Working productively in teams as both a member and leader of teams.
  • Participating in the management of the school as a member of a high performing Leadership Team.
