About the Role

Enrolled Nurses x 2

We are recruiting 2 EN's to join our amazing team of support workers. You will be providing in-home support for our 3 lovely residents with complex neurological disabilities. Working alongside a dedicated, experienced team, you will be providing day to day care as well as overseeing and leading nursing-related supports - medication, bowel care, etc and consulting with allied health teams to implement supports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and implement individualised care plans.
  • Provide specialist care for clients with neurological conditions including dementia, Parkinson's disease, and Huntington's disease.
  • Deliver continence care, including catheter management, bowel programs, bladder health monitoring, dysphagia, wound care and other high intensity complex support.
  • Manage medication administration.
  • Support and train support workers in safe clinical procedures and health monitoring.
  • Work collaboratively with families and allied health professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to NDIS and AHPRA clinical standards.

About You

You are a compassionate, professional nurse with a minimum 2 years experience, who values teamwork and person-centred practice. You are confident in supporting clients with complex and high-intensity health needs and take pride in promoting dignity, comfort, and inclusion.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Enrolled Nurse
  • Experience in disability, neurological, or community nursing
  • Strong knowledge of continence care, dysphagia, and complex clinical procedures
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle, and full Australian working rights

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting clients with young onset dementia, and neurological conditions
  • Understanding of NDIS and person-centred active support
