T&G EARTHMOVING AND SKIP BIN HIRE seek

Part-time Bookkeeper to join small, close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, within a busy team environment.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar bookkeeping or finance role
  • Must be proficient using MYOB and have a good working knowledge and understanding of Excel spreadsheets
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in reconciliations, billing and payroll

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and Invoicing
  • Manage accounts receivable and reporting
  • Handle client account queries, adjustments, and refunds
  • Process payments on behalf of clients
  • Enter and oversee accounts payable and record company expenditure
  • Reconcile multiple bank accounts and credit cards
  • Prepare BAS reports and Fuel Rebate Reconciliations for the accountant
  • Oversee and maintain all aspects of payroll, record keeping and payments including superannuation and child support.
  • Assist with ad hoc admin, analysis, and reporting as required.
