Salary: $90K–$125K
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm

We are hiring for three key roles: Plant and Labour Allocator, and Yard Manager and Diesel Mechanic. These roles are pivotal to ensuring project teams are equipped with the right resources, work safely, and achieve project targets efficiently.
Allocator Coordinator
This role reports to the Resource/Operations Manager and focuses on coordinating staff allocations across multiple projects, managing recruitment, and supporting project teams to ensure optimum performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate blue-collar staff weekly based on project requirements and 8-week lookaheads.
- Liaise with project managers, supervisors, and plant teams to monitor staff performance and project needs.
- Maintain HR and Deputy records, including leave registers and compliance documentation.
- Recruit and onboard new talent to fill labour gaps and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Support training and competency development to upskill workforce and subcontractors.
- Manage logistics and planning for truck and Ute movements across projects.

Yard Manager
This role manages the plant department and internal hire system, ensuring efficient use of plant and machinery across sites. You will supervise the plant team and mechanics to maintain assets, control costs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant operations, pre-start compliance, and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor subcontractor plant onboarding and usage.
- Manage plant hours, repair priorities, and cost control initiatives.
- Maintain asset registers, track usage, and report weekly to management.
- Implement improvements for efficiency, safety, and quality in yard operations.
- Support project teams by providing timely plant resources and guidance.
Key Attributes:
- Strong organisational and team leadership skills.
- Experience managing large plant fleets and mechanics.
- Knowledge of plant compliance, HSEQ, and cost control.
- Ability to problem-solve and coordinate across multiple sites.
