About the role:
We're looking for a Clinic Enablement Lead who cares deeply about education, behaviour change, and creating environments where nurses can thrive.
This is not a typical clinical training role. It's a thoughtful blend of clinical understanding, communication, and practical problem-solving. You'll help turn clinical guidance into simple, clear, confidence-building tools that fit seamlessly into day-to-day clinic life
We want to give you a clear picture of the role so you can determine whether it feels like the right next step for you.
This role may be a great fit if you:
- Enjoy working from a blank page and shaping materials with clarity and care
- Find energy in helping clinicians feel confident, supported and capable
- Feel comfortable translating complex clinical information into practical guidance
- Appreciate both the clinical reasoning and the operational realities of how clinics work
- Value cross-functional teamwork and are happy collaborating with others to refine and improve
- Are curious, adaptable, and enjoy hands-on learning environments
This role may feel misaligned if you:
- Are seeking to author clinical policies or protocols (our doctors and Clinical Services lead this)
- Prefer highly structured environments with established playbooks
- See training as primarily delivering pre-prepared content rather than co-creating it
- Prefer a slower pace or limited cross-functional involvement
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Translate & simplify clinical guidance into:
- Easy-to-understand training decks
- Consult flow support tools
- Clear workflows
- "day in the clinic" scenarios
- Practical guides that reduce uncertainty
- Compassionate communication resources for nurses
- Your work helps clinicians feel grounded and confident
2. Facilitate Learning with Warmth and Clarity. You'll lead:
- In-clinic education
- Small group teaching
- Virtual sessions
- Interactive workshops and masterclasses
- Your focus is to help nurses feel supported, not overwhelmed.
- You'll create psychologically safe learning spaces where questions, curiosity and growth are encouraged
3. Support Clinic Readiness and Adoption
- You'll collaborate with teams across Fresh to help clinics understand:
- How Fresh Health fits into their existing consult flow
- How to prepare for new processes
- What support they can expect
- Who to go to when questions come u
4. Train our Clinical Training Team
- You'll work with our aesthetic Clinical Trainers to help them build capability and confidence in delivering Fresh Health education, allowing Fresh Health to scale in a safe, consistent and values-led way
What You Bring:
- Clinical experience (RN or similar strongly valued), or strong experience in clinical education
- Confidence translating complex information into simple, practical guidance
- Experience facilitating learning for clinicians
- A calm, supportive communication style
- The ability to build training materials from scratch
- Comfort with travel for in-clinic education
- A mindset grounded in collaboration, humility and learning
Why You'll Love Working at Fresh:
- A purpose-led environment
You'll be part of a team that genuinely cares about improving access to women's health and wellbeing support. - A workplace built on trust and kindness
We value humility, thoughtfulness, collaboration and clear communication. - Room to shape and build
This program is growing quickly, and you'll have the opportunity to help shape how Fresh Health is taught and adopted across the country. - Flexible, human-first work
We trust you to design your week around impact, energy, and wellbeing - not hours. - A team that works smart and supports one another
You'll join a group that balances pace with care, and ambition with humility
If this feels like a role where you could do meaningful work, we'd love to meet you.
Apply nowĀ and tell us why you're the perfect person to connect with our future members.
Your Unique Perspective Matters
At Fresh Clinics, we believe that a diverse team is an innovative team. We are focused on creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences feel they belong and can thrive.
We strongly encourage you to apply, even if your past experience doesn't perfectly align with every qualification listed. Your unique skills and passion could be just what we're looking for, for this role or another.
