The client is an ASX listed multinational who excel in safeguarding and restoring steel and concrete structures. With a dedicated leadership team in QLD, the opportunity to develop your career is unmatched and could lead you into operations management, state lead or even a national role.

The Senior Project Manager will manage a portfolio of Facade projects including those undergoing CBD Highrise refurbishments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee completion of projects
  • Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
  • Assess risks and establish contingency plans
  • Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience in commercial construction or remediation projects preferred (up to approx $50M)
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 7+ years of experience in project management
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with a team
  • Technical knowledge on mechanical and electrical or a multidisciplinary background is favorable due to the diverse nature of projects
