Senior Project Manager – Client-Side | 12–18 Month Contract | National Property Group

Brisbane

We're partnering with a leading national property group
to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager
for a 12–18 month contract, supporting the delivery of significant redevelopment and mixed-use projects across their portfolio.

Working client-side, you'll take responsibility for driving projects from design through to completion managing consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and value outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex development projects from design through construction.
  • Oversee consultant and contractor performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Support procurement, contract administration, and programme management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while driving stakeholder communication and reporting.
  • Uphold strong WHS, compliance, and quality assurance processes throughout delivery.

About You:

  • 7+ years' experience in project management or development delivery within construction or property.
  • Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale commercial, retail, or mixed-use projects.
  • Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills.
  • Deep understanding of project lifecycles, construction contracts, and design coordination.
  • Excellent communication, financial acumen, and problem-solving capability.

Bonus:
Retail project experience or exposure to live site environments will be highly regarded, though not essential.
