Our client, a leading developer builder, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of major residential and mixed-use projects shaping Brisbane's skyline.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the full project lifecycle through to delivery on large-scale high-rise developments.
  • Driving project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve program, budget, and quality outcomes.
  • Overseeing contract administration, procurement, and stakeholder management.
  • Managing risk, compliance, and reporting to the executive team.

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale high-rise projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skill.
  • Proficiency with industry software.
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management.
