The Role

We are seeking a full-time Sales Trainer to empower our Victorian store teams to:

  • Maximise sales opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Align products and services to customer needs

You'll:

  • Lead engaging sales and product training sessions
  • Collaborate with the National Training and Performance teams
  • Support store operations including stock, merchandising, and standards
  • Apply proven sales processes to drive results
