About the Role:
ARRG Waste is seeking a skilled and motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Chinchilla. You'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of trucks and heavy machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks, trailers, and heavy machinery
- Conduct regular servicing and preventative maintenance
- Perform inspections and identify mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Work closely with operations to ensure equipment uptime
About You:
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with heavy vehicles and plant equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- HC Licence (highly regarded but not essential)
