Macadamia Farm Management is seeking motivated team members to join our innovative workshop in Welcome Creek. Help us build, maintain, and improve machinery that supports one of Australia's leading macadamia producers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair diesel and mechanical systems across farm machinery
  • Assist with hydraulic system repairs and installations
  • Fabricate and modify machinery and equipment to support farm operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet specifications and standards
  • Support general repairs and maintenance across farm machinery
  • Share your knowledge and support other workshop team members

What We're Looking For:

  • Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter or Mechanical Fitter
  • OR highly skilled individuals with equivalent hands-on experience
  • Hydraulic fitting experience highly regarded
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and fabrication standards
