About the Role

SSP Australia is seeking passionate and energetic hospitality professionals to join our brand-new Icebergs venue at Sydney Airport T3. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of the pre-opening team for one of Sydney's most renowned dining experiences.

We're looking for skilled Food & Beverage Attendants, Baristas, and Bartenders who are ready to deliver exceptional service and create memorable moments for every guest in a fast-paced, premium environment.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Barista: Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume café or restaurant, with strong coffee knowledge and a passion for quality.
  • Bartender: Minimum 1 year of experience in fast-paced or premium venues, with cocktail knowledge and strong customer service skills.

  • All roles:

  • Previous café, restaurant, or bar experience is highly regarded.

  • Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to customer service.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings and weekends.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Energetic personality and a can-do attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
