About the Role

SSP Australia is a well-established global business operating food and beverage outlets across major Australian airports.

We're currently seeking energetic Café & Bar Attendants to join our team at Sydney International Airport. Our Sydney team operates across multiple vibrant venues, delivering exceptional service and memorable dining experiences to travellers every day.

Our Sydney T1 venues include:

• Grand Cru
• Toby's Estate
• Mach2 Restaurant
• Peroni Bar

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in café, restaurant, or bar environments (1+ year preferred).
• Availability to work mornings and/or evenings, with casual roles available across our Sydney T1 — particularly for early morning shifts starting at 3:45AM.
• Lively personality, positive attitude, and passion for customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and professional work ethic.
