About the Role
SSP Australia is seeking passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team at Icebergs, Sydney Airport T3. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a premium, flagship venue — bringing the iconic Icebergs experience to Sydney Airport.
As a hands-on leader, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, motivating your team, and delivering an exceptional dining experience that reflects the Icebergs standard of service and hospitality.

What skills and experience are we looking for?
- 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role within food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Proven ability to lead and support a team of 5–10 employees.
- Passion for delivering premium guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a lead-by-example attitude.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and RSA requirements.
- Flexible availability to work across AM and PM shifts.
- A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and teamwork.
