We're looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to support 2–3 Senior Executive Team Leaders. This hands-on role is based in our Bondi Junction office and suits someone with initiative, discretion and strong communication skills.

Your RoleReporting to the Executive Manager and supporting 2–3 senior leaders, you'll provide high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. From managing complex calendars and travel to preparing documentation and coordinating meetings, you'll play a vital role in maintaining efficiency across the executive team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage busy calendars, meetings and travel schedules.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials and presentations.
  • Act as liaison between executives teams, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate events, meetings and office activities.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Support onboarding, administration and general coordination.
  • Manage expenses in line with company policies.

About You You're a polished communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in staying one step ahead. You'll be valued for your judgement, professionalism and ability to deliver results with minimal direction.

You'll bring

  • 2–3+ years' experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with travel, events and expense management (desirable).
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and attention to detail.
