Personal Assistant to Business Owner – Full Time / Part Time

I'm looking for a highly organised and dependable Personal Assistant to work directly with me to help manage my busy day-to-day schedule, projects, and personal errands.

This role is ideal for someone confident, detail-oriented, and proactive, someone who can help me execute daily tasks efficiently and keep things running smoothly across all areas of life and business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing my schedule, appointments, and daily to-do list
  • Handle calls, messages, and follow-ups professionally
  • Organise and prepare staff contracts, admin documents, and business paperwork
  • Run errands, attend meetings, and handle deliveries
  • Assist with project, and supplier coordination
  • Keep track of invoices, payments, and general organisation tasks
  • Ensure all personal and business matters are executed promptly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's licence and car
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Reliable, professional, and great attention to detail
  • Confident using phone, email, and Google tools
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience as a PA, EA, or administrative assistant preferred

Hours:

  • Full-time or part-time position available
  • Flexible hours (Monday to Friday as required)
  • Based in Bondi Junction
