Reporting to the CCO, the Marketing Manager for Citadel Edge will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Citadel Edge's products and services, building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
The role requires a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound & outbound sales channels.
Key responsibilities include managing all marketing campaigns, tracking and analysing the performance of said campaigns, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
Working in consultation with the business, the Marketing Manager will translate and broadcast product and organisational information in a way that generates excitement and demand in the market and manage the conversation between brand and audience thereafter.

What's The Role?
- Develop a marketing strategy and calendar for integrated marketing programs including lead and demand generation, partner activities, social media and events with guidance from the Executive.
- Develop Marketing Strategies & Campaigns: Create long-term marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives, including setting clear goals and defining target markets.
- Manage Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Manage marketing events to ensure a positive customer experience enabling conversion convert into sales opportunities. This includes speaker material, marketing collateral and booth set up, promotion pre and post event and manage the logistics of the event.
- Brand management: Managing both the planned and unplanned images of the brand and its products Develop band collateral for a variety of mediums, products and events. Manage and order marketing assets to maintain office inventory and as needed for events.
- Content Creation: Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, our social media and other related channels that attracts and converts our target groups. Ensure all marketing production related efforts such as marketing assets and collateral, templates, digital uploads, promotional items, and best practice guides, including but not limited to internal template materials, are being maintained. Maintain the branding and style guide and ensure that all creative marketing materials aligns to brand guidelines.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Budget Management: Plan and track the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing materials and campaigns align with the brand identity.
- Team Leadership: Whether a virtual or direct team, lead and providing guidance to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Establish measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product management, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and effective communication of new offerings. Build strategic relationships through partnering with key industry players, as well as internal and external stakeholders.

What's Your Edge?
- Degree in Marketing, Digital or related discipline is essential.
- Membership with the Australian Marketing Institute is desirable.
- Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media and data analytics).
- Experience in the graphic design elements of modern marketing.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs. Marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CRM) and web analytics tools and applications highly desired (Web analytics, Google AdWords, HTML, CSS).
- Understanding and use of JIRA & desirable.
