Are you a logistics professional looking to take ownership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? This is your chance to join a leading eCommerce retailer with multiple business arms, a strong national footprint, and a collaborative logistics team.

The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Logistics, this Logistics Specialist role will be part of a close-knit team of seven. The position has opened as a permanent backfill and will play a key role in ensuring smooth inventory management, freight operations, and 3PL coordination across 14 warehouses nationally.

This is a hands-on role that touches every part of the logistics chain — from working with customer care and purchasing teams, to managing freight partners, to analysing data and driving solutions. No two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics operations across a 3PL model with CEVA and Estore as primary partners.
  • Oversee last-mile operations, inventory, and freight partner performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with suppliers, customer care, and purchasing teams on forecasts and problem resolution.
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify issues, improve performance, and support decision-making.
  • Negotiate with logistics partners and support continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate with a highly engaged team, contributing to knowledge sharing and solutions.

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings strong problem-solving and analytical skills. To succeed, you will bring:

  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, or tangible product logistics.
  • A solid logistics background with proven 3PL management experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (SAP exposure beneficial but not essential).
  • Ability to work with complex data, negotiate effectively, and deliver solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Exposure to sea freight is advantageous.
