About the role

Join the team at Priceline Pharmacy Chatswood as a part-time Pharmacy Assistant. In this role, you will be an integral part of providing excellent customer service and supporting the efficient operations of the pharmacy. The position is located in Chatswood, NSW 2067.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting customers with their pharmacy and health-related needs
  • Dispensing and preparing medications under the supervision of the pharmacist
  • Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the pharmacy is well-organised and clean
  • Providing administrative support, such as data entry and answering phone inquiries
  • Promoting Priceline's range of health and wellness products
  • Adhering to all relevant pharmacy regulations and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service role in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Enthusiasm for the healthcare industry and a commitment to patient safety
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication handling, and customer service best practices
