In the role of Branch Manager, you will join our retail team who place a strong focus on delivering real results for customers while keeping things simple.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Put customers at the centre of everything you do
- Work quickly and with purpose for our customers
- Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction
- Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities
- Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time
- Ensure that the standards, procedures, and systems set out by NAB remain in place across the branch
- Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division

- Proven experience in management or leadership roles

- Retail Banking experience will be highly regarded
